Updating QC-411 Info

QC-411 data is downloaded from WorkDay and the Concentrix Data Warehouse Daily.

The administrators of the QC-411 site doesn't have access to update the company-wide databases
This site shows only what it has been imported from other systems.
You are responsible for requesting updates for your own data.

Searching for my name didn't work?

Name:

QC-411 does first name and/or last name search and Workday/Concentrix Data Warehouse User ID search.

Planned search options will include search by names that show in Outlook email (through the Active Directory system) if possible.

LAN ID:

You can search by a users Lan Id.

EMPLOYEE ID:

You can search by a users Concentrix Employee ID.

My information is wrong, where do I go to fix it?

All information is from WorkDay and the Concentrix Data Warehouse.
All changes must be made at those sources and not with QuickConnect.

Your changes could take as long as 24 hours to reflect in QC-411 after the changes have
been entered in WorkDay and the Concentrix Data Warehouse.
